Exporting eNewsletter Contacts

If your website is making use of our Newsletter Sign-up sidebar, you may want to download a list of all the people that your registered their email address. The guide below will show you how to do this.

Please note, this list will only appear if 5 or more people have registered their email address.

1) Log into The Toolkit

2) Click on Export Contacts located under the Broadcast heading.



3) On the following page, click the Download Contacts button.



4) Your browser will then prompt you to download an Excel Spreadsheet containing a list of all the users that have registered their email addresses. You can then use this list to send out your Newsletter via email.
