Purge Email in Outlook 2003

This guide is for Outlook 2000, if you do not know which version of Outlook you are using, click here.

1) Open a folder in the email account you want to set up for automatic purging.

2) Select Edit | Purge | Purge Options... from the menu at the top.

3) Tick Purge items when switching folders while online

4) Click OK.
