Spell Checker

To run the spell checker on an email you are composing, do the following: 1) When composing an email, click the Spell Check button. 2) The language of the Spell Checker can be changed by clicking the Languages drop down box and selecting your preferred language. 3) Any incorrectly spelt words will be coloured in red. 4) To correct the spelling, simply click the red words, and select an option from the menu that appears. Alternatively, you can manually correct the spelling yourself. 5) When you have finished making your corrections, click the Exit Spell Check button.
