Website Analytics

Google Analytics is the best way to see the amount of people that are visiting your website. It has detailed statistics of how many people have landed on your homepage, the time of day people are visiting your website, and the location people visit it from (plus much more).

We know this is a great feature to have on your website, so we made it a priority that adding this feature to your website is as easy as possible.

To create a Google Analytics, please visit the follow the link below:

Upon creating your account you will get given a snippet of code from Google to add to each page of your website. We have made to so that all you need to do, is copy the code into the Analytics section of the Toolkit.

Google Analytics gives you detailed statistics of the traffic your website experiences and is the best way to track the return on investment of your site. Although it is not vital to have Google Analytics on your website, we strongly recommend that you install it as itís quick, easy and gives you everything you need to know about how well your website is doing.

If you want to know how successful your website is and to improve its success at the same time, then Google Analytics is something that is well worth doing.

We offer a Google Analytics setup for £95 + VAT, and if you would like us to set this up for you, please call us on 02380 633644. Alternatively set it up for free via the link above.

What Else Can You Do?

Google Analytics is the absolute best way I've found to track the Return on Investment on my site.

Benefits of Web Analytics

Monitors visitors and users

See exactly how many people come to your website every single day and which pages they are going to. Analytics will tell you if you are receiving 100 hits a day or if you are struggling to get more than 5. It's great to compare the visitors you get against the number of enquiries.

Tracking page viewing statistics

If you get 1000 hits a month on your homepage but absolutely no clicks on to your other pages then you know you need to improve the homepage appeal/design. Hint - Large call to action graphics and buttons really help with encouraging clicks!

Get in with Google

Google Analytics only works if you have a Google account and once you have an account with Google you can start looking at Google Places, Webmaster Tools and even Google+. Sign up to Google in every way possible and it can only help your site.

Formulate a sales and e-marketing plan

The data you get from Google Analytics will allow you to see if any ‘Special offers’ banners are working, which pages are your most popular and where the site needs to improve it’s navigation.
