| How to Update Page Meta Description |
Your Meta Tag Description is description of what your website is about. The data is held in your websites background code, and is only visible to search engine spiders. It should be constructed as one paragraph or sentence to a maximum of 255 characters. Your description should be in plain english using as many of your Meta Tag keywords as possible. The description must make sense to human readers as this description can be displayed by Search Engines on their results pages.
1) Login to The Toolkit
2) Click on pages button in the left hand side of the Toolkit.
3) Select the page you want to edit .
4) Click on "Page settings" to edit the options for that page.
5) The page will display various options one of which is labelled "meta tag description " a text box for entering your description.
6) To save your changes click "Save Changes"
