Bounceback Management
When you send your emails from the Toolkit Broadcast system, you are able to monitor bounce back rates from your sent emails. Bounce backs are categorised depending on the error message sent back from the recipients mail server. Typical bounce back messages include:

Recipient does not exist
Mailbox full Unable to locate host Unknown mail transport error

These can be further categorised into hard and soft bounces.

The Toolkit Broadcast system automatically cleanse your subscriber list. Hard bounces will be removed the name from the list after one occurance.
Soft bounces take 3 times to remove the address.
An example of a hard bounce would be:
Recipient doesn't exist. Anything that will continue to fail upon sending.

Soft bounces, however, are bounces that can be fixed, such as: recipient mailbox full, server timeouts, DNS issues, etc. Anything that is fixable is a soft bounce which is why there are 3 chances given before the subscriber is taken off the list. You can also cleanse your subscriber list form within the control panel. If you click on subscribers you are able to remove all subscribers who have bounced back.

Please be careful as this option choice removes all types of bounces hard and soft..
