How quickly can my website be online?
Your free trial website will form the basis for your new site. If you would like to make any changes to the images, logos, colour scheme or corporate identity these will be
completed within 1 business day. The content is up to you and can be added very quickly. We normally recommend you allow up to two weeks.
What does the monthly fee cover?
Our website packages are unique in that we do not charge you a large up-front fee. We also don’t charge you for updating your website as you can use The Toolkit (our award
winning content management system) to do this directly. The monthly fee allows you to budget effectively and includes: Annual Domain Name renewal, Email Hosting, Website
Hosting, Phone and Email Technical Support, and your subscription to The Toolkit so you can update the content of your website.
What happens if there is a problem?
We are passionate about Customer Service. Our trained team of designers and technical staff are on call during business hours to help you get the most from your website. If you would like to make any changes to your website or if you need help with The Toolkit, just send us an email or give us a call and we will do everything we can to help you straight away.
I need a high ranking in the Search Engines, can Toolkit Websites help me?
Absolutely. All our websites are designed to ensure compatibility with all the major Search Engines. We also work with a number of partners that can help you maximise your website content and insure a good Search Engine ranking.
