Creating a New Campaign

A Campaign is a group of Mailings.

 1. Login to Toolkit broadcast http://www.toolkitbroadcast.co.uk






2. A Campaign is created by entering the name of your Campaign in the “Create a new campaign” field and clicking the Create button. Your new Campaign will automatically appear on the Campaigns tab.



A Campaign may have the following status:


  • Active – Displayed on the main page of the Campaigns tab
  • Closed – Displayed on the closed page of the Campaigns tab (a closed page is automatically created when closed campaigns exist)
  • Deleted – Will no longer be displayed.
A Campaign cannot be closed if any mailings are Incomplete, Scheduled or Delivering.
A Campaign can be deleted only if it does not contain a Mailing.


3. You can then rename, close or delete a campaign by hovering over the name with your mouse, an then clicking on one of the options.
