Email Server Port Numbers

All email accounts we host, regardless of the domain name, will use the following server settings. To use a secure connection, use the settings marked "SSL." If you would like step-by-step instructions on how to set up your email client, please see the links below.

If you have problems connecting to the server use our Port Checker Tool to see if your ISP is blocking any of your Ports.

 Server Type  Server Name  Port
 POP3  pop.emailsrvr.com  110
 SMTP  smtp.emailsrvr.com  25, 587, 8025 and 2525
 POP3 with SSL
 secure.emailsrvr.com  995
 SMTP with SSL**
 secure.emailsrvr.com  25, 465, 587, 8025 and 2525

* Outgoing servers require SMTP authentication. Microsoft Outlook users will need to manually enable this feature. For detailed instructions on how to configure your email desktop software, please see our guides below

* Please note: When entering your User Name, please enter your entire email address (e.g., myname@mydomain.com). Also, please use all lowercase letters, as our email hosting system is case sensitive.

**Please note that for those setting up IMAP email accounts with SSL whose Internet Service Provider (ISP) is Orange, should use port 465 for the Outgoing Server (SMTP)

Use of our email service is subject to our Email Terms & Conditions
