| How to create a new mailing Group |
1) Login to The Toolkit
2) Click on CONTACTS in the left hand column.

3) Click "Advanced" and then "New group" in the top menu bar.


4) Type in the name of this neew group in the title field.

5) Choose a coloured icon to represent this group.

6) If you have existing contacts that you want to add into this group choose them from the left hand side box, then click the add button to add them to the right hand side box. All contacts in the right hand side box will then be added to you new mail group. If you have no existing contacts that you wish to add to this group leave the right hand box empty.

7) Click "create group" to create the new mailing group.
