The video below shows the process of How to Publish / Unpublish a Sidebar (click the button on the bottom right of the video to expand the view). You can also follow the screen shots and steps below this.
2) Click on the Sidebars button in the left hand side of the Toolkit.
3) The page reloads with a list of all sidebars (published and unpublished). Next to each quick link there is a link 'publish' or 'unpublish' depending on the state of the sidebars. Click that link to either publish or unpublish that particular sidebar.
