| How to Create a New Support Ticket |
1. Login to The Toolkit
2. Clink on the message link, just below the support heading on the left hand side.
3. You can see the "send us a message" box, this is where you add your message.
4. Please add a subject.
5. If you wish to add any attachments, Please click the "Attach Files" link, right next to the subject text field.
6. Please type your ticket message in the "Query" text area.
7. Once you are finished typing the message in the "Query" text area, Please click on the "Send message" Button.
A new ticket will be created which is assigned to your account. It will be reviewed by one of our support staff very soon.
