When should I use Broadcast instead of my corporate email account to send bulk email?
Broadcast is ideal for sending legitimate bulk email to an opt-in subscriber base. Our service will help you increase your deliverability rates, manage email campaigns, and track the effectiveness of your campaigns. We will also help to ensure that you are compliant with anti-spam laws, providing you with peace of mind and keeping you out of trouble.

How do I create an "Opt-In" mailing list?
The term "Opt-In" means that a subscriber has given you permission to send email to their email address. For example, you may create an opt-in list by inviting visitors and customers to subscribe to your email list via a signup page on your website. "Double Opt-In" takes this a step further by adding an additional step, requiring the subscriber to respond to a confirmation email in order to be added to your list.

Is there a limit to the number of subscribers I can send to?
No, you have the choice to select from a number of subscriber bundles. Plans range from 500 to 25,000 subscribers but you can contact us to set up larger lists.

Is there a limit to the number of emails I can send on a monthly basis?
No, there is no limit to the number of emails you can send on a monthly basis. Send to your list as many times as you want, with no added cost.

How can I be sure my emails are delivered?
There is no way to guarantee 100% deliverability to every subscriber on your email list. However, we strive for the highest possible deliverability rates by making sure our customers are compliant with anti-spam regulations and by establishing relationships with email and Internet service providers. You can track deliverability inside of your control panel by clicking on an email that you have previously sent.

What happens if someone tries to send spam through this service?
We have a no-tolerance Acceptable Use Policy that prohibits spam from being sent through our system. We use a variety of automated and manual monitoring to ensure that this doesn't happen. If a customer tries to send spam, they will be removed from our system and will not be able to use our services again.
