Yahoo! - Open your Yahoo mailbox.
- Click Mail Options
- Click Filters.
- Next, click Add Filter (or "Create or Edit Filters").
- Click Add and in Filter Name box type Broadcast
- In the top row, labelled "From header," make sure contains is selected in the pull-down menu.
- Click in the text box next to that pull-down menu, then enter info@toolkitwebsites.co.uk
- At the bottom, where it says 'Move the message to:', select 'Inbox' from the pull-down menu.
- Click the Add Filter button again.
Gmail - Click Contacts along the left side of any Gmail page.
- Click + Add Contact.
- In the primary email address box, type info@toolkitwebsites.co.uk
- Click Save.
Hotmail (Windows Live) - Click the Options > More Options link.
- Click the Safe and blocked senders link.
- Click on Safe senders
- In "Sender or domain to mark as safe" box, type info@toolkitwebsites.co.uk
- Click Add to list >> button.
MSN - Click Help & Settings
- Click Email Settings
- Click on Safe List
- In Add an item to this list, enter info@toolkitwebsites.co.uk
- Click Add
AOL (version 9.0 or higher) - Click the Mail menu and select Address Book.
- In the pop up box, click the Add button.
- In the "Other E-Mail" field, type info@ctoolkitwebsites.co.uk
- Make our From address the "Primary E-Mail" address by checking the associated check box.
- Click the Save button.
AOL 8.0 - Open the email.
- Click Add Address.
- Verify the sender's contact information.
- Click Save.
Mozilla Thunderbird Initially, the automatic junk mail detection for incoming messages might not be very accurate and you should check your Junk folder to see our email (from info@toolkitwebsites.co.uk) has not been mistakenly detected as junk. To prevent this from happening in the future, you need to mark our email as NOT junk. Do this by right-clicking on our newsletter and choose "Mark -< As Not Junk" Outlook (2003 or higher) - Open the email.
- Right-click the sender’s email address.
- Click Add to Outlook contacts.
- Click Save and Close.
Outlook 2003 Safe Senders List - On the Tools menu, click Options.
- On the Preferences tab, click Junk E-mail.
- On the Safe Senders tab, click Add.
- In the Add address, type info@toolkitwebsites.co.uk
- Click OK.
Outlook Express (version 6 or higher) - Open the email.
- Left-click the sender icon, or right click the sender's name.
- Click Add to contacts.
- Click Save and close.
Entourage - Open the email.
- Right-click the sender's email address.
- Select Add to address book from the menu.
- Verify the sender's contact details.
- Click Save.
MacMail - Open the email.
- Ctrl-click the sender's email address and select Open in the address book.
- Verify the sender's contact information.
Spam Sleuth - Select File, then Configure.
- Go to the Friends category.
- Make sure Active is checked
- Type: info@toolkitwebsites.co.uk on a line by itself in the entry field
- Click OK
SpamPal - Click on the SpamPal system tray icon with the right mouse button.
- Click 'Add to Whitelist' from the menu.
- Type: info@toolkitwebsites.co.uk
- Click Add
Spam Interceptor - Follow the Trusted link under > Authentication Lists. Enter the email address: info@toolkitwebsites.co.uk
- Click Add
Spam Inspector - Select Spam Inspector, then 'Manage Friends List' from either the Spam Inspector toolbar or from the Outlook menu.
- Make sure Email is selected under 'Add a New Friend'
- Type: info@toolkitwebsites.co.uk
- Click the >> button
- Click Close
SpamButcher - Click the Configure button
- Go to the "Known Senders" tab
- Click Add under "Known Good Senders and Recipients"
- Type: info@toolkitwebsites.co.uk
- Click OK
- Click OK again
SpamAssassin - Add the following entry to your user prefs file, which is found in the spamassassin subdirectory on your web/mail server: whitelist_from info@toolkitwebsites.co.uk
- Save the user_prefs file or move the updated copy to your .spamassassin subdirectory
- If you have no user_prefs file in this subdirectory, create one:

- If you see that mail from Broadcast was incorrectly filtered out, select it, and click the "Move to Inbox" and "Mark as Not Spam" button.
Norton - Start up Norton AntiSpam
- Click the Status & Settings tab
- Click AntiSpam
- Click Configure
- Click Allowed List tab
- Click Add button
- In the 'Email Address' box, enter: info@toolkitwebsites.co.uk
- Click OK
- Click OK
McAfee Spamkiller - Click Friends from the sidebar
- Click Add
- Type: info@toolkitwebsites.co.uk
- Click OK
MailWasher - Click Tools, then Blacklist & Friends
- Click Add... on the right, the Friends list side
- Make sure Plain email address is selected
- Type: info@toolkitwebsites.co.uk
- Click OK
- Click OK
MailShield - Click Friends from the toolbar
- Click Add, then type: info@toolkitwebsites.co.uk
- Click OK
Mailblocks - Click the "Addresses" tab
- Click "New"
- Type: info@toolkitwebsites.co.uk
- Make sure that "Accept Mail From This Address" is selected under Receiving Options. - Uncheck "Display in People Picker" under Other options. - Click Submit
- Click OK
Cloudmark SpamNet - Select "Cloudmark | Options"... from the Cloudmark SpamNet toolbar in Outlook.
- Click "Advanced"
- Go to the Whitelist tab
- Click the Add button
- Type: info@toolkitwebsites.co.uk
- Click OK
- Click OK
- Click Yes
- Click OK
CleanMyMailbox If Broadcast email is filtered, click on the white "W" icon on the left column of the mailing; when the pop-up window comes up, simply click the Add to Whitelist button. Alternative whitelisting methods: - Click on the White List button
- Add: info@toolkitwebsites.co.uk to the bottom of your existing list
- Click the Submit List button
- Click the Subject White List button
- Add: [Broadcast] to the bottom of the list on a line by itself
- Click the Submit List button
