Whitelisting a sender

A whitelist is a list of email addresses that can bypass our spam filtering service, also known as a Safe Senders list.

1) Login to webmail- http://www.toolkitwebmail.co.uk

2) Click on Settings, in the top right corner

3) Click on to the Spam Settings tab

4) Click on Safelist

5) Click on "add"
 

6) Type the domain or email address you want to add to your Whitelist, then click add.

7) Press save, and you are finished.
