How to Send Personalised Mailings

1.In order to use the personalisation of features of Toolkit Broadcast, you need to create a CSV of your contacts with the following columns:

FirstName
LastName
EmailAddress.

2. When you get to step 3 of the importing a contact list process, you will be asked to assign labels to your three columns.

3. For the FirstName and LastName columns, please use the drop down to choose "Create New Field" and enter FirstName or LastName as appropriate.

4.Leave the Text drop down as text. Continue with the import process as normal.

5. When creating your new mailing, you will then be able to choose the items FirstName or LastName from the "Insert personalised item" drop down.
