Can you help me with the Domain Name transfer process?
Yes. If you have any problems with your domain transfer you can provide us with the login information to your current registrar.   We can then login and  process the domain transfer on your behalf.

What if the Admin Contact email address is no longer available?
When you first registered your domain name you will have provided an email address as the Admin Contact for the domain name.  You will not be able to transfer your domain name if you do not have access to this email address.  If the address is no longer available then you should contact your current registrar and arrange to send a fax authorisation to update the Admin Contact to a valid email address.

You can check who is the Admin Contact by performing a 'whois' search at: All Whois

How can I get my website live faster?
If you would like your website to be live as quickly as possible, you can change the Name Servers for your domain before you transfer the domain name.  This should mean your website can go live in 24 to 72 hours.

Our name servers are:
ns.rackspace.com
ns2.rackspace.com

What if I registered my Domain Name recently?
Domains that have been newly registered in the last 60 days can't be transferred.  While you are waiting for your 60 days to pass you can change the Name Servers for your domain to go live asap.  Please see the previous answer above.
