Using the Email Auto Config Tool

This guide will walk you through using the email auto configuration tool.
1.Please click on this link and : Download our Auto Configuration Tool for your email software.
2. Click Save, and save the file on your desktop.
3. Find the File on your desktop. It will be named 'imapconfig.exe' and have an icon that looks a like :

4. Double click on this icon to run the program.
5. You will see a screen like this that shows all the mail clients installed on your computer. Choose the program you usually use to access your email. In this example we are using Microsoft Outlook Express and have selected the button next to it. Enter your name, and the email address you are setting up. Make sure the two check boxes circled below are checked.

6. Your email settings will then be set up automatically and you will see this screen. Click close to launch your mail client.

7. If you experience any problems after setting up your email, please check that your email account settings match the ones shown in the screen below.

8. If your settings are different, please change them to match the ones above. If this still doesn't work please email or call us for more help.

9. If you are still having prblems connecting to the mail server it could be the default Port numbers are being blocked either at the ISP level or by an local firewall on your computer or local network. You can check if your Ports are being blocked using our Port Checker Tool
