Email Password Requirements

With email fast becoming such a business critical service, and with such sensitive information that can be stored on the Email system, Toolkit Websites have put in place the following measures when changing your password for our email service:

All passwords must:

• Contain more than 6 characters
• Not contain more than Three consecutive numbers (e.g. 123, 321)
• Not contain the word password
• Not contain the Mailbox Name (e.g. "info" as in info@yourdomain.co.uk )
  
• Not contain the Domain name (e.g. "yourdomain.co.uk" as in info@yourdomain.co.uk )
