How to Add a Google Map to a Page.

The video below shows the process of add a google map to a page (click the button on the bottom right of the video to expand the view). You can also follow the screen shots and steps below this.



1. Please go to www.google.co.uk/maps and enter the address for which you wish to generate a map in the search bar at the top of the page. Click on the "Search Maps" button.





2. You will then see a map of your chosen location. Click on the link on the right of the window marked "Link".





3. A blue window will pop up. Select the text in the section marked "Embed" and press Ctrl+C to copy the code.





4. Log into the Toolkit at https://www.thetoolkit.co.uk





5. Click on "Pages" under Content on the menu on the left side of the Toolkit.





6. Then click on the title of the page that you wish to edit.




7. Click on the "HTML "button at the bottom of the editing window.



8. Paste the code into the HTML view, and then click "Save Changes".  Your map will then be displayed like the one below.
