How to Add a Link to an Email

1) Login to The Toolkit

2) Click on the 'Pages' button in the left hand side of the Toolkit.



3) Select the page you want to edit.



4) A new page is displayed allowing you to edit the content of the Toolkit page you selected. Click on the "Insert Link" icon.



5) A pop up window will appear. Select "Link to an Email Address " . If you do not see a pop-up window, please make sure you have added 'https://www.thetoolkit.co.uk' as a safe site on any pop up blocking software you are running.



6) Type in the email address and then click on 'go'.



7) The link will be inserted onto your page. When someone clicks on this link, their computer will open their email program and create a new message to the address which you specified.



8) Click on 'Save Changes' to save your changes.
