| How to Integrate a Booking Form with an Event |
If your list of events are courses, training sessions, etc... you can integrate an interactive booking form so that visitors to your website can book your event online. Just like our shopping cart module you can choose from two levels of integration.
Level one sends out an email to the accounts principle contact with the visitors contact details and the course they wish to book. The account holder will then need to get in contact with the visitor to take payment.
Level Two integrates the booking form with securehosting.com , our secure credit card payment provider. This will enable the website to take payment for your event/course. Please note you will need either a PDQ machine or a Merchant id (available form your bank) to take advantage of this functionality.
The Booking form consists of a number of fixed fields such as your standard contact details and a couple of free flow text boxes for more general information such as medical or dietary requirements that the visitor wishes to bring to your attention. You can set the price of the event/course and even the availability. Once the course if full the booking form disappears to ensure you do not over subscribe.
