Informations about files/ pictures and pages in the toolkit
At any time you can check how many files or pictures you are able to upload to the Toolkit.

When you open the Toolkit, you will be greeted with this page. It gives you a brief overview of your limits. Click on the 'Subscriptions' link.

You will then see a screen like the one below that will inform you in more detail about your limits.

Note that only published pictures count towards the page limit, unpublished pages are not counted.

All the images that were uploaded to the Toolkit are counted , no matter if they are actually used on the website or not.

The image allocation is only for those images uploaded via the toolkit, any images in the animation
or the logo header are part of the design and are not counted.
Also note that you can delete any image, page, file or product at any time and replace them with the one you need.

HTML Emails:
You can send only a number of 10,000 emails per week but we think is is more than enough considering this means sending an email each day to more than 1500 members. There is no limit to the numbers of contacts you can add to your contact list.

Menu Items:
The number of the menu options is limited in size. The more menu items you add, the less space there is to display them within the menu bar. Adding too many will make the box too narrow to accommodate your menu item resulting in text wrapping making your site both unattractive and unpractical.

Amount of characters on a page
We highly recommend that you do not use over 10 000 characters of text on a web page. This means a lot of text and the page will became slow on loading and not user friendly.

Editing the contact form fields
The form fields displayed in the standard contact form provided with all demo websites is not editable. If you require a contact or other on line form tailored to your needs, such as an inquiry form or a quote form then please chose the "bespoke form (to email) option when ordering. You should then contact the support team with a brief of what information you want your visitors to fill in.
