My Website Does Not Work!
If your website doesn't work there are a few things we will need to know:

1) What exactly is happening / isn't happening?

2) Does an error message appear on screen or in a pop-up?

3) If a particular page isn't working, which page is it? What is the page ID number (e.g /da/10456)

4) Has this error happened before?

5) What did you do to generate this error?

By adding this information into a ticket, we can locate errors quicker.

Once we have this information, we can quickly act to fix any bugs that is disrupting your service.
