Demo Websites
If your website has not yet been published then there is no charge for any design or content design changes (colouring of text, font sizes etc that can only be changed by us via the Style Sheet).
Published Websites
If your website is published then our standard hourly rate of £55 + VAT per hour will apply. We are keen to provide fully transparent billing and value for money so we charge in 15 min increments.
For example is a job takes between 15-30mins then we will only charge for half an hours work. (£27.50 is half of £55) + VAT. Work taking 30-45mins to complete would be charged at £42.25 + VAT etc.
If you wish to see a mock up of your changes before being applied to your website please ask when creating a support ticket.

Quotes are available for a specific job – please email support@thetoolkit.co.uk with an overview of your requests and we will get back to you ASAP.
Briefing us on your design updates
When providing a design brief for an update or complete re-design please provide specific documentation relating to your requirements.
All of our websites are constructed using the same outline. This allows them to be content managed using the Toolkit.
Using the guide below you can specify in your brief which areas you are referring to when updating a design.
When you forward a brief to our team please use this guide and its keywords to specify your changes i.e
"In logo bar please use a red gradient and image001.jpg (attatched)"
