Upgrades
You are able to add bundle and package upgrades to your website account. This means you can increase your images, files and mailbox allowance.

How do I add a bundle upgrade to my account?

If you wish to add a new bundle or upgrade your package please create a new support ticket informing the support team of the changes you require. i.e

Dear Support Team,

Please add a 5 Image bundle upgrade to my account.

Can I upgrade my package?

Yes – You can upgrade to the next package simply by creating a support ticket and making the request. As per our standard terms any package upgrades received within the first 3 months of an account are liable to pay the difference in setup fee. Any package upgrade requests received after 3 months come at no extra cost.

What are the benefits to upgrading your bundle?


By adding a bundle upgrade to your account you are able to increase specific area’s of your toolkit account. This is ideal if you need to add extra images but don’t wish to upgrade your account to the next package.

What are the benefits to upgrading your package?


By adding a package upgrade to your account you are able to increase all of the allowances in your toolkit account. This is ideal if you need to add extra pages to your site coupled with a higher image allowance. In some cases upgrading your package can be more cost-effective than upgrading numerous bundles.

How long does it take?


Once we have received your support ticket requesting an upgrade the new allowances will be available within 24 hours during our normal working hours.

Once you have received the confirmation your account has been upgraded the allowance will be available instantly.

Please note:
Bundles
Bundles run from quarter to quarter and are charged in advance on your quarterly invoice. If you upgrade in the middle of a quarter then the upgrade is charged from the date of addition to the end of that current billing quarter. No credit can be allocated if you wish to downgrade before the end of that current billing quarter. E.g. if you upgrade on the 12th of July then the upgrade charge will be calculated for the quarter 12th July – 30th September. The following quarters invoice will include the updated bundle charge.

Packages
Packages run from quarter to quarter and are charged in advance on your quarterly invoice. If you upgrade in the middle of a quarter then the package is charged from the date of addition to the end of that current billing quarter . No credit can be allocated if you wish to downgrade before the end of that current billing quarter.

Can I downgrade?


Yes – You are able to downgrade any bundles added to your account at any time. Simply create a support ticket informing our team that you wish to downgrade your account. Please ensure you specify which bundle you wish to downgrade and the team will carry this out for you. Your downgrade will be reflected on the next quarters invoice.
