| Using the Preview Pane |
You can use the Preview Pane to view a selected message without opening it in a separate window.
To turn the Preview Pane on or off, follow these steps :
1. Click the settings link.
2. Click the 'Display Preferences' link.
3. uncheck the 'Display the preview pane' box found in the Viewing Email group.
4. Click the save button to update the change
