How to Search & View Support Tickets

1) Login to The Toolkit

2. Click on 'Messages' under the header 'Support' on the left hand side of the Toolkit.

3. Here you can view the tickets.

4. You can search for tickets by ticket number or by entering your own search criteria.

5. Your search results are then displayed below
